PAYROLL MANAGERMy client in Wynberg is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to succeed their current Payroll Manager that will be retiring in the near future.
They need someone to manage the activities of the payroll department to ensure accurate and timeous payment of salaries and wages.Ensure that all legal and legislative requirements relating to payroll are adhered to.All death / disability / termination claims are processed.Experience Required10 years + payroll management experience in a medium sized organization, working on multiple payrolls, both monthly and weeklySARS returnsComprehensive knowledge of MIBCO agreementComprehensive knowledge of Sage 300 PeopleClocking system (ERS Biometrics) knowledgeIntermediate financial knowledgeEducation NeededMatric and/or payroll diploma or accounting diplomaSystem Knowledge RequiredMicrosoft (all suites) - AdvancedRelevant payroll systemSARS online systemsOnline banking systemsESSWCA / RMA onlineJob OutputsCompletion and submission of all statutory and legislated requirementsSign off relevant payroll data from the payroll reporting facilitiesOptimal utilization of payroll related systemsSupport the payroll supervisor in the management of the payroll teamTraining of payroll staff to ensure a competent payroll team and succession is availablePerformance management of payroll staff in conjunction with Payroll SupervisorDesired Skillspayrollpayroll managerMIBCOWCARMADesired Work ExperienceMore than 10 yearsDesired Qualification LevelDiploma
