Payroll Manager - Durban - Payroll Services Industry

Employ Africa is looking for a Payroll Manager to join their busy team in Durban.Qualifications: Grade 12Relevant degree or diplomaExperience: 5+ years' experience in a payroll (preferably from Payroll services industry and be able to process multiple payrolls simultaneously)3+ years' experience in a Management payroll position3+ years' VIP Sage  experiencePayspace experience advantageousProficient in ExcelGood reporting skillsGood understanding of South African and other African Labour law practicesExperience with payrolls in various currencies advantageous Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of remuneration and other best practicesAdvanced knowledge of financial legislation (BCEA, LRA, BBBEE, UIF, and COIDA).Good business acumenAdvanced knowledge of organisational development principles.Good understanding of basic financial management principlesGood understanding of tax legislationGood understanding of international labour legislations
