Details of the offer

Purpose of the Role:
Complete payroll function in South Africa (from source to financial transactions/reconciliations) and the review and payroll sign off in East African countries.
Ensure information in their system for AMEANZ is accurate at all times by ensuring all processes are followed and conducting ad hoc audits of data.
Develop and maintain systems and procedures.
Conduct research in areas regarding remuneration, and make recommendations with regard to benchmarking and fringe benefits.
Implement and monitor remuneration policies, HR systems and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
Matric / NQF Level 6 Qualification.
Minimum 10 years working experience in a Payroll & HR environment.
Minimum 3 years remuneration experience.
Analytical/Data Modelling - Advanced Excel.
Maintenance and development of HR Information System.
Microsoft Office (Word and advanced Excel).
Experience on VIP Sage People – advantageous.
