Job & Company Descriptions A trusted name in mining services and operational excellence, is looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their HR and Finance team. If you have a strong understanding of payroll systems and thrive in a deadline-driven environment, this opportunity is for you. As a Payroll Admin you will responsible for the following: Oversee the effective administration of the payroll system. Manage and maintain the biometric timekeeping system. Administer employee benefits, including enrollment and updates. Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data. Prepare and process employment contracts and job offer documentation. Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and providing candidate feedback. Respond to employee inquiries, such as employment confirmations and payslip requests. Ensure daily updates and accurate maintenance of employee records and personnel files. Assist in tracking and managing HR deliverables and initiatives. Support internal HR audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Provide administrative support for employee relations matters. Organize and maintain comprehensive and confidential employee files. Manage and monitor employee leave records and related documentation. Job Experience and Skills Required: HR Diploma or similar Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar role. 2 - 4 years solid Payroll/HRIS experience
