Individual must live within the JHB South / Alberton / West Rand areasMinimum Matric/ Grade 12At least 2 years experience working as a Payroll AdministratorAt least 2 years experience working on VIPExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacyExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficient with VIPDrivers licence and own car advantageousFull processing of monthly (±350 employees) and weekly (±15 employees) payrollsCollating & processing of payroll informationInput new employees and exits, as well as changes to personal informationHandling staff queries regarding payrollDistributing payslips (hard copies & Infoslips)Preparing all payroll related reports for the managerRun month end processesPrepare and maintain accurate recordsYear-end processing and reconciliation including payment summariesAd hoc HR and Payroll mattersWork closely with and provide clerical support to Human ResourcesConduct and/or assist with new hire orientationCapturing and filing of employee documentationPerform any other duties as assigned
