Key Performance AreasPayroll administrationAdhere to compliance requirementsCompile and submit periodic reportsKey TasksPayroll administrationTimeous and accurate collection of data for all new employeesLiaise with staff regarding pay queriesCommunicate payroll changes to the relevant parties accurately and timeouslyDealing with coffee shop totals and creating café statements for staffProcessing lead referrals and creating lead statementsAssisting with sending out monthly payslipsAdhere to compliance requirementsElectronic and manual filing of documentsEnsure that filing of staff information is up to date and comply to company standardsMaintain proper document control systemKeep abreast with company policies and tax legislations that may have an impact on remunerationCompile and submit periodic reportsAssist with month-end reportingAssisting manager where requiredEssential QualificationsMatricDesirable QualificationsTertiary qualification i.e. Diploma Payroll AdminEssential ExperienceMinimum of 1 - 2 years relevant payroll experienceGood understanding of financial concepts and statutory requirements, i.e. tax legislation, UIF and Excellent Excel skillsAt least some experience on Sage VIPDesirable ExperienceDevelop reports using imported data from the payroll systemKnowledge and SkillsAbility to work long hours, often under pressure.Excellent planning and organizational skillsHigh attention to detailMust be very accurateAttributesTeam playerAble to work independently and under pressureGood interpersonal skills and communication skills – ability to liaise at all levelsHave a client centric approachHonest, Hardworking and Humble #J-18808-Ljbffr
