Payroll Administrator (Kempton Park - Isando) HALF DAY POSITION
Minimum requirements:

Processing of payroll +- 250 employees VIP
Approved advances, overtime claims
Coordination payroll and human resources, to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
Handle the administration of the ERS and ESS system
Maintain employee records and changes
PAYE returns and other third parties
Keep abreast with company policies and tax legislations that impact on remuneration
Prepare month-end journals, detailed reports such as expense claims, overtime, leave balances, head count, and month end reports
Communicate payroll changes to the HR Manager and on time
