Payroll, Accounting & Stock Management Specialist - George - Western Cape

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll, Accounting & Stock Management Specialist to oversee payroll processing, financial management, and stock control across all company branches, including individual retail locations and head office.
This role requires a proactive individual who can streamline payroll operations, enhance financial efficiency, and optimize inventory management to support business growth and cost-saving initiatives.Key Responsibilities Payroll ManagementProcess and administer payroll for all employees accurately and on time.Continuously improve payroll processes for greater efficiency.Identify and implement strategies to reduce payroll-related costs.Ensure full compliance with South African tax laws and labor regulations.Accounting FunctionsManage all accounting transactions using the company's designated software.Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.Stock ManagementMonitor and manage inventory levels across all business locations.Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure stock availability.Implement stock control procedures to minimize waste and optimize costs.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in payroll administration, accounting, and stock management.Industry experience in food and beverage is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Xero accounting software and the MS Office Suite.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Must be a non-smoker.Own transport and computer are required.Regional ConsiderationsMust have a strong understanding of South African business practices and regulatory requirements.Company CultureWe foster a culture of integrity, efficiency, and teamwork.
