Employer DescriptionCompany specializes in freight management along with customs clearance services.Job DescriptionYour duties will encompass:Able to handle imports and exports (air & sea) shipments.Know the Incoterms thoroughly.Know the import & export procedures when handling these files.Liaise with overseas offices to make the necessary shipment arrangements.Able to arrange necessary documents (Cargo Dues / SI to the shipping lines or co-loaders / EUR1 / Certificate of Origins / Phytosanitary Certificates, SADC).Knowledge on perishable/ reefer shipments (document requirements, PPECB inspections).Able to do estimates/quotes.Able to liaise directly with the shipping lines, transporters, Customs, all other suppliers.Effect creditors disbursements and process debtors invoices.QualificationsMatricRelated CertificateSkills3 years experience from Freight forwarding companiesCargowise system a must
