This pivotal role within the People Management Centre of Excellence offers the unique chance to be the architect of organizational change.
You will leverage deep expertise in Organizational Development (OD) and Change Management to design and execute strategies that ensure new processes, systems, and ways of working are adopted smoothly and deliver maximum business value.

Responsibilities Apply structured change management methodologies (specifically Prosci) to lead and support small to mid-sized organizational change initiatives across various business units.
Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies covering all five Prosci levers: Communication Plan, Sponsor Roadmap, Coaching Plan, Training Plan, and Resistance Management Plan.
Conduct thorough organizational assessments, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into evidence-based recommendations for structural, process, and capability improvements.
Partner closely with Human Capital Business Partners to co-develop and implement initiatives that enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and reinforce a positive organizational culture.
Facilitate critical team effectiveness interventions aimed at strengthening collaboration, trust, and cross-functional performance.
Drive the success measurement and tracking of change initiatives, ensuring integration into overall project timelines and reporting on adoption rates to senior management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Organisational Development and Change Management at a Practitioner/Specialist level.
Proven proficiency in applying structured change management methodology (Prosci).
Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and approaches.
Experience designing and analyzing climate surveys and organizational culture initiatives.
Foundational knowledge of the Insurance business sector (Nice-to-have).
