Good understanding of GSM / UMTS / LTE & NR technologiesShould be well conversant with the Radio Network Performance ImprovementAnalyse the network KPIs & identify the abnormalities quicklyShould be able to understand the issue & plan improvement actionsContinuous improvement in the Network performance indicatorsMust have good understanding of parameters and features workingFormulates and implements network optimization solutions in accordance with user complaints and coverage problems reported by customersShould be able to impart skills to other technical team membersMust have minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of Network Performance Improvement working with any OEM or with a leading Service ProviderPreferred to have experience on latest ZTE systemsShould be proficient in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.Strong communication and presentation skillsOwnership & readiness to dedicate as per the requirements of the network & customerShould be able to work as a teamMust have rich drive test experience
