Responsible for all aspects related to new location opening Managing of KPI's on branch and Area Management level Recruitment of branch staff Stock Management and replenishment process Implement, manage and train all staff related to Policies and Procedures Travel between branches, support Branch Management and staff Customer Service Health and Safety Supplier management and negotiations Senior Management level interaction ( internal and external) Project Management experience Requirements Degree or Diploma Hospitality or Retail related 5 years experience within Food, Restaurant enviroment Experience on management level in Fast food industry Solid operations management experience Extensive travel Proven track record of opening new branches Drivers licence and own reliable transport Excellent people and process management skills
