Operations Manager (Refrigeration)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, oversee teams, and ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all refrigeration systems.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the refrigeration department.Manage maintenance, installation, and repair of refrigeration systems.Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to.Oversee all aspects of team management, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.Monitor system performance and efficiency, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality service.Handle customer issues and complaints, offering effective resolutions.Qualifications:Proven experience in a managerial role in the refrigeration industry.Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and operations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and multitask.Proficient in using MS Office applications and familiarity with managing budgets.Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
