A Spice manufacturer is looking for an Operations Manager who is energetic and has a comprehensive understanding of our factory operations.The ideal candidate should be honest, reliable, punctual, and sober, with experience and contactable references.The applicant must possess excellent leadership qualities, be able to delegate work effectively, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Impeccable organisational skills and forward planning are essential, along with the ability to manage daily operations effectively.The role will involve overseeing the Admin office, accounts and sales, drivers and deliveries, receiving and dispatch, as well as general property maintenance.
Essentially, you will ensure that all movable parts of the business operate smoothly.Working hours start at 6:45 AM, and you should be prepared to work up to 10 hours on some days.
