This position involves a fair amount of travelling country-wide.
This individual will actively assist stakeholders with IT support and systems support while working onsite or remotely.
Must have your own good and reliable vehicle.
Accommodation and fuel allowances will be provided by the company.
You will report to the Client Liaison Officer/s assigned to the clients.

Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote technical support and customer service
Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the field
Identify and document customer needs and recommend solutions
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Ensure the security of networks and computer systems
Regular feedback to internal stakeholders and line managers
Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
RequirementsGr 12 or NQF equivalent; IT qualifications will be an advantage
Technical expertise in relevant IT, systems, and customer service fields
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team
