Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, a top entertainment business management firm in Century City, is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Operations Assistant would handle COVID compliance needs and would be responsible for the day to day administrative processing of all things COVID-related.
Responsibilities:
Track receipt of health and temperature screening forms and follow-up on delinquent employees and vendors
Liaise with employees on in-office scheduling and cross-reference with health and temperature screenings
Remain abreast of changing regulations by periodically reviewing governmental websites
Assist with updating health and safety plans, trainings, screening forms, and other documentation as needed
Advise employees on options after exclusion or exposure events and ensure completion of all requirements before clearance to return to the office
Work with office managers to complete periodic compliance inspections and act as a resource for any deficiencies
Coordinate with facilities on cleaning
Maintain remote work reimbursement spreadsheet
Assist operations team with other projects and assignments as needed
Ocassional travel between the Century City and Encino offices, as needed
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1+ years of administrative experience required
Experience in a COVID compliance-oriented role preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Able to work independently will little supervision
Able to juggle multiple responsibilities
Able to act in a confidential capacity
This is a non-exempt, full-time position. Salary is competitive based on experience.
