Once-Off Cleaning Supervisor

Role Responsibility
As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Quoting on once-off Cleaning (high-level cleaning, deep cleaning, construction cleaning, upholstery cleaning, general cleaning, strip and sealing of floors, carpet cleaning, quoting and supervisor of events, after-hours cleaning)
The supervision of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty
Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all clients
Reviewing work schedules
Monitoring of all cleaning activities
Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Stock Management, ensuring sufficient and effective use of chemicals and equipment
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
Valid Code 8 drivers licence (PDP will be an advantage)
Clear criminal record
Previous experience in a cleaning environment
Previous experience of managing a team
The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
Health and Safety experience
Good interpersonal skills

R 8,000.00 Basic Salary
R 1,000.00 Performance Allowance
