Position Overview:DeedShare Field Drivers complete scheduled site visits and deliver time-sensitive notices to local homeowners.
Drivers operate independently using DeedShare's mobile tools to document each stop and complete a simple, guided checklist.

Field Drivers play a vital role in executing route assignments with accuracy, maintaining clear documentation, and advancing DeedShare's mission: getting critical information to homeowners who need support the most.
Key Responsibilities:Complete assigned routes (typically one per day) consisting of a minimum of 10 verified property stopsDeliver physical notices at designated properties following company protocolsAccurately complete a mobile checklist and brief property notes for each stopUse navigation tools and DeedShare's route system to plan and execute visits efficientlyRepresent DeedShare with professionalism, respect, and discretion during all field activitySubmit completed routes for review and payment processing within established timelinesRequirements:Must be at least 21 years of ageValid U.S. driver's license and clean driving recordMinimum of one year of licensed driving experienceAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle (4-door vehicle preferred but not required)Ownership of a smartphone with internet access (iOS or Android)Ability to pass a background checkStrong attention to detail and reliability with time managementPreferred Qualifications:Experience with delivery driving, rideshare, courier services, or mobile field workFamiliarity with your local area, navigation tools, and traffic patternsSelf-starter who can work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in residential areas and interacting respectfully with individuals who may have questions.Compensation:Pay-per-route base pay, plus performance-based bonusesWeekly payouts via direct depositDrivers can request a full compensation breakdown after applyingWhy Join DeedShare:No passengers.
