The Hydraulic Technician is responsible for the inspections, maintenance, and repair of all the mining and plant related hydraulic machinery and equipment, as directed by the TECH SUPT or OTM.Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with Group Safety and Security policies.Complete Risk Assessments on all activities.Ensure compliance with Permits to Work (Hot Work etc).Safe inspections, maintenance and repairs to all mining and plant equipment and machinery as directed by the MECH SUPV and TECH SUPT.Ensure all work tools are safe and properly maintained and stowed.Assist the ROV seabed tool launch and recovery.Maintain housekeeping to the required standard at all work sites.Qualifications:Hydraulics certificate.Trade theory.Offshore installation and hydraulic experience.Valid passport.Valid Seafarers Medical certificate (RSA / NAMIBIA).Valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) – (RSA / NAMIBIA).Seamans Record Book (RSA / NAMIBIA).Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV and all supporting documents to ******.
