Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology related qualification. Relevant 3 years experience in Human Resources Administration/Talent Sourcing related environment. Technical & Behavioural Competencies Planning, Organizing & Coordinating. Personal Mastery Judgement & Decision Making Ethics and Values Client Service Orientation SAP HCM Knowledge of Recrutiment/Selection Processes and Procedures. Report writing Logistics coordination. Analyse and evaluate data to resolve problems. Proofread material for discrepancies and maintain a high degree of attention to detail. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
