DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering and directing phone calls, dealing with customer queries Assisting walk-in clients and suppliers/contractor Arranging orders of office consumables and supplies, arranging couriers, et Reporting of office problems to appropriate service provider (for eg. internet down or printer needing attention etc) Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled report Provide general support to management Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc Providing assistance with any ad hoc tasks as and when required SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Honest, reliable, helpful and able to work well under pressure
