Office manager, pa, personal assistant, support, investment management Your new company
An Italian Investment Management firm based in a small office in the West End of London, are looking for an office manager to support the office, founder and CIO.

Your new role
As office manager, you will be the first point of contact for queries from the team, service providers, clients and investors. You will be arranging client meetings, managing logistics such as booking rooms, conference catering, arranging printing, and arranging international travel arrangements. You will be handling expenses and invoices, dealing with the planning and finances of the company.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a varied role as office manager, preferably in financial or professional services.You will need a warm and friendly manner to be the cornerstone of the company, and experience in booking international travel.
