Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the Office Administrator, Receptionist, Tender Administrator, and Accounting Trainee. Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination. Ensure a professional reception area and manage the switchboard. Lead the tender process, ensuring timely and compliant proposal submissions. Handle accounting duties such as invoicing, AP/AR, and financial reporting. Support month-end/year-end closings and budget tracking. Guide the Accounting Trainee in financial procedures and compliance. Oversee billing and collections to maintain healthy cash flow. Manage HR admin tasks, including time-sheets, leave tracking, and training coordination. Monitor project budgets and invoicing for accuracy and alignment with business goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in office administration, accounting, or office management roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Accounting knowledge, including experience with financial reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking.
