Minimum requirements for the role:
Previous Accounting experience at school would be preferred.
The candidate should be fluent in Afrikaans.
Good written and verbal communication and organisational skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Coordinating all supplier, customer and production sheet documentations and ensuring that all documentations are received, processed and filed correctly on a daily basis.
Managing the Cleaner and ensuring that the office is clean.
Procuring office supplies when needed to do so.
Checking and filling all COA’s received with raw materials to ensure that the correct batch paperwork is received.
Acting as a contact person for customers and suppliers.
Ensuring that all paperwork is up to date before performing a stock take.
Preparing stock take sheets and compiling the sheets in Excel with the results.
Acting as a Lab Assistant when required to assist with sample making for customers or trial formulations when possible.
Inspecting vehicles monthly and ensuring that issues are documented, reported to management and filed in the vehicle file.
Compiling the raw material price list.
Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable based on experience gained.
