We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office and Accounts Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy professional services environment.
This pivotal role involves managing a small admin team, ensuring smooth office functionality, and taking ownership of accounting and compliance processes (1 month contract).You will be responsible for supervising the Office Administrator, Receptionist, Tender Administrators, and Accounting Trainees, while coordinating everything from front-office operations and facilities to statutory compliance and HR admin.
Key duties also include overseeing tender submissions, handling accounts payable and receivable, tracking budgets, managing WIP and invoicing, and supporting financial reporting.The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' experience in office management or accounting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience within an accounting or audit firm will be advantageous.Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fieldProven leadership and team supervision experienceSolid accounting knowledge, including invoicing, reporting, and budget trackingExcellent multitasking, organisation, and communication skills
