Job Functions:Provide administrative support to organization staff as needed;
Supervise all office needs such as cleaning, repairs etc.;
Plan and coordinate events such as, but not limited by, strategic sessions, year-end functions, team-building, socio economic development etc; and
Communicate with landlord, utilities, fire department, and other as needed.

Organizational abilities - tasks, filing, prioritisation, time management
Technical acumen - MS Office (Word (typing and formatting), Excel (analysis and reporting), Powerpoint (process maps compilation), Outlook (emails, diary and task management)), Sharepoint (Administration) and Adobe (PDF forms, documentation and packages) with working knowledge of Pastel (or equivalent accounting management software package);
ability to work on own initiative
ability of adapting to changing environments and new technologies that could be implemented.
Minimum Requirements:Diploma/degree in either Office Management, Business Administration, Management or HR
Customer and Supplier processing in Pastel Accounting
3 Years working experience
