A well-established company within the Property industry is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Office Administration (or a related field) and at least 3 years of solid administrative experience.
Own reliable vehicle is essential.
Responsibilities: General reception duties and email management Managing office stationery, housekeeping, post box, and petty cash Personal Assistant to the Director Assisting the Facilities department with administration tasks Updating schedules and ensuring efficient time management Managing property and entities' insurance renewals Requirements: Matric Diploma or Degree in Office Administration or related field At least 3 years of solid administrative experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Own reliable vehicle Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Comfortable handling confidential information Knowledge of MDA and / or TPN programmes is advantageous
