Duties include: OEM Training:Achieve the Authorized Trainer status according to the timelines, policies, and guidelines of the OEM.Drive the OEM training internally and to the Dealer Network.Monitor the progress of delegates (internal and external) assigned to the training, ensuring successful completion of online modules, written tests, practical training, and exams.Maintain an up-to-date training database for all OEM training.Provide weekly progress reports to the Head of Technical Support & Training / Aftersales Service Manager.Take full responsibility for the training stages and events, from inception to completion.Ensure all official documentation is submitted promptly to the Head of Technical Support & Training after training completion.Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and professionalism in all skill areas of the training.Manage and ensure the operational integrity of training vehicles for all training activities.Oversee and maintain the training management system (TMS) database, offering support internally and to the Dealer Network.Support the Manufacturer training platforms internally and to the Dealer Network.Provide brand support to the Dealer Network and manage the related database.Utilize all available resources to maintain the highest level of technical expertise.Assist in organizing and maintaining special tools, classrooms, course hardware, diagnostic equipment, and software updates.Ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained.Support secondary functions (e.g., NMI, etc) when required.Training:Professionally deliver technical training courses (diagnostic, product, and system-related) to technicians in the Dealer Network, as scheduled.Assist in the development of training courses as needed.Administer written and practical exams when necessary.Continuously develop technical knowledge in relevant fields for all brands.Manage the training schedule as needed.Technical Support / Aftersales Service:Provide assistance to the OEM Aftersales Service and Technical Support teams when required.Support the Dealer Network when necessary.Foster strong relationships with all technical staff.Maintain the integrity of the OEM brand and uphold company standards.Requirements:Qualified Technician with expertise in both Petrol and Diesel systems Red Seal CertificateAt least 3 years of post-trade experience.A training background is a plus, but not mandatory.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working within a diverse, multi-racial environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.Self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.Excellent technical and analytical abilities.Collaborative team player with a practical, hands-on approach.High integrity and adherence to strong ethical standards.Resilient and adaptable when faced with challenges.Proactive and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating self-reliance.Open-minded and respectful of diverse cultures and backgroundsPositive attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities.Valid South African drivers license.A valid South African passport is required.Willingness to work overtime when necessary.Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks as neededIf your current experience and skillsets tick majority of the job specification boxes, then: Apply directly now Send your CV to
