Key Responsibilities: · Perform ongoing operations and maintenance on commercial and utility-scale solar PV installations · Conduct system inspections, performance analysis, fault finding, and troubleshooting · Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks · Ensure compliance with HSE protocols and reporting requirements · Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and OEMs Requirements: · BEng/BTech in Electrical Engineering or related field · 35 years experience in solar PV O&M (commercial/utility-scale) · Familiarity with inverters, transformers, and monitoring systems · Valid drivers license and willingness to travel · Excellent analytical and communication skills Whats in it for you?
