Night Porter

We are recruiting for a responsible, reliable, and experienced Night Porter to join our boutique hotel in Cape Town.
Location: Cape Town City Bowl Area
Key Responsibilities: Provide a warm welcome and assistance to guests during night hoursHandle late check-ins and early departures efficientlyAssist with guest requests, orders, turndowns, and luggage handlingMaintain security and safety standards throughout the nightCarry out light housekeeping and setup tasks for morning operationsMonitor hotel premises and follow security proceduresLiaise with the front of house team to ensure a seamless guest experienceRemuneration: Market related
Requirements: Well-groomed, professional, and service-orientedPrevious experience in a similar role within luxury hospitalityExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and handle late-night responsibilitiesWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
