Job Description:
To win profitable business in line with individual targets set by the
Head of Business Development
To develop a strategic pipeline of business leads to assist with the
future growth of the Company.
Conduct sales in line with the Company's Code of Business Conduct
Self-source and convert business leads into trading accounts
Track leads and document interactions with prospects through our CRM

Fully understand and be able to communicate clearly with Managements USP’s both internally and externally
Listen, converse and make business recommendations in a professional manner

Prepare and present business documents, including presentations both internally and externally

Establish and develop strong client relationships
Demonstrate good business acumen especially in the area of Margin
Assist the Head of Business Development (Area) in achieving short, medium and long term goals

Assist the Quality Assurance Department with corrective action, when required
Attend regular monthly product presentations with Finance Administration and Operations when requested

Establish and develop strong relationships with all departments
Report competitor and client activities to the Head of Business Development
