Their team of creative experts works collaboratively to deliver impactful campaigns, cutting-edge solutions, and exceptional client experiences.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORLead generation and prospecting - identification, research, and qualifying of new business opportunities in target marketsGeneration of leads via various channels such as networking, online research, and industry eventsClient acquisition engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored marketing solutions. Manage and nurture relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales processSales strategy development collaborate with team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company's growth objectives. Identify trends, market needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustmentsProposal and pitch preparation create compelling and informative pitches and proposals for potential clients outlining the company's services and value propositionsNegotiation and closing lead negotiations with new clients and ensure timely and successful closing of deals in line with company goalsClient relationship management maintain strong and long-term relationships with all potential and existing clients, ensuring ongoing business development opportunities. Act as a point of contact responsible for providing post-sales support as necessaryCollaboration with internal teams work closely with internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of the company's offering and to support with smooth onboarding for new clients and proper execution of client projectsReporting provide regular updates to senior management on sales pipelines and business opportunitiesWHO YOU AREYou must have prior experience of at least 3 years in New Business Development - experience working for a Marketing Agency is advantageousYou must have a track record of successful salesYou must be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, develop creative proposals to meet client needs, and collaborate with our talented marketing team to ensure seamless executionFamiliarity with digital trends is essentialMust be fluent in most digital marketing software and platforms
