We are opening a NEW restaurant in Nelspruit at Illanga Mall.
We require the following:
General Manager
Assistant General Manager
Senior FOH
Junior FOH
Kitchen Manager
Suitable candidates for ALL positions require a proven track record of developing people and achieving results in the hospitality industry.
Our restaurants are dynamic in nature, fast paced and require a level of maturity and dedication. We have very enjoyable working environments and amazing people from all walks of life. We require restaurant management staff that are passionate, prepared to evolve with the times and become actively involved in all aspects of working in the restaurant environment.
The key part of any management role is to be able to juggle a full staff contingent while performing all your expected duties and tasks on a timely basis. Communication with Head Office in terms of training, marketing campaigns, follow ups, complaints handling, POS system updates and finance recording are essential parts of each day.
CSI and Community involvement play a huge part of what we do as a brand and you will need to lead your staff teams in all endeavours to ensure we are active members in our communities and working with the underprivileged. The ability to Champion marketing campaigns and be very much a key player in the execution, briefing and staff motivation for each one.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR ALL SENIOR STAFF MEMBERS:
Admin focus in terms of back end stock control and food cost monitoring
Ability to lead all staff in a positive manner with good communication and motivation while never forgetting the customer is number 1.
Experience required: Min 3 years’ hospitality experience·
Valid Driver's license with a reliable vehicle
Scheduling of shifts for team members
Managing cash flows and cash up's
Reliable and can work well under pressure
Willing to work shifts
Strong ability to perform food safety and health checks
Experience in ordering of stock and stock take
Customer service skills are essential
Ability to stay on trend in a fast paced industry
Team leader
Work as a champion in executing marketing campaigns at store level
A passion for food and an understanding of the restaurant business
The ability to challenge oneself daily to accomplish new goals and make the brand better than it was the day before
