A position has become available for a MRM Manager to join our dynamic team in Mokopane.
Job description

The Mineral Resources Manager is an HOD position in the Operation’s team and forms part of the General Manager’s team. The role is responsible for the translation of technical information into business plans and proposals as well as being a monitor of current Operation performances. Technical excellence of planning.Key Performance AreasProvide effective technical advisory services to the Operational team to support the achievement of accurate and feasible business plans.
Produce correct plans and scenarios opting business needs and general returns. Business plans and strategies.
Management and Coordination of all MRM services including survey, Geo-tech, etc.
Proper standards, procedures and codes of practices
Operational and effective Risk management program
Training and Coaching of MRM staff to support operational requirements
Established business plans and business strategies
Liaison with Projects and Operations (Mining)
Minimum requirements

Minimum 10 Years working as Manager in mining industry.
Government Certificate of competence
Bachelor of Engineering – Mining / National “N” diploma (Engineering qualification)
Mine management experience
