Job DescriptionTo ensure that bladders and moulds are changed according to capacity on a daily basis.To maintain and care for equipment, machinery, tools and materials etc. for example, curing presses, moulds, bladders, tools, etc.To use relevant machinery and forklifts in a safe manner according to the quality and production requirements.To ensure that all components used and or installed comply to all quality standards.To maintain good housekeeping practices in order to prevent contamination of products and prevention of accidents.Fault finding, mould set up checks, tapping damaged threads, small engineering repairs, etc. QualificationsQualified artisan (fitter).Additional InformationMedimed Medical Aid – with 3 options to choose from with the Company subsidising 50% of the costProvident Fund – 2 options to choose from with the Company contributing an additional towards it.Tyre Purchase discount for up to 8 tyres a yearLong service awards payments from 10 years of loyal serviceStudy Assistance and BursariesQuarterly incentive
