The Work Integrated Learning Programme is designed to build future-ready talent by developing skills through practical training in real work environments.
Upon successful completion, participants will be deemed competent as entry-level operators at Mondi.
National Diploma in Chemical Engineering and/or Pulp & Paper TechnologyMinimum average of 60% pass rateCompleted P1 & P2 practical training in a heavy industry (advantageous)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop basic SAP/Microsoft Office skills for navigating training systemsApply chemical safety knowledge in practiceAssist with plant start-ups and shut-downsPerform routine equipment and process checksEnsure safe and compliant process operationsParticipate in problem-solving and performance improvementEngage with team on equipment performance issuesAfter successful completion, participants will have:
