Our company is a field sales app with a local and international customer base serving thousands of daily active users. We are looking for a mobile developer to support us in further developing the iOS and Android app. In addition, we would like to learn from your experience and work together to evolve how we approach mobile development at our company.We are currently shifting the company native Android and iOS apps towards a cross platform Flutter solution. Its therefore important that you either have experience in, or are willing to learn, Flutter.What you will be doing:Work in a cross functional team of Product Managers, UI designers, QAs and developers to add features that serve our customersDevelop, maintain and expand companys mobile app functionalityAddress performance problems at scaleFind and fix software defectsDesign, implement and test in an Agile environmentInvestigate problem areas and provide innovative recommendations for improvementWork with the rest of the R&D team to keep improving how we develop, what we develop and why we do soWhat we need:We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience who has a BSc, BEng or similar degree with computer science as a primary focus and who has:Hands-on experience in working with mobile technologies like Flutter, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C and modern mobile librariesExperience with Agile development methodologiesGood communications skillsCan work in a teamGrit, drive and a lets-get-this-done attitudeWhats in it for you?
