Job Title: MIS Team ManagerTo manage a team of MIS Specialists and enable the business usage and understanding of data, reports, information, and governance thereof, in line with Nedbank's business strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesParticipate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (e.g., Green Strategy).Produce targeted reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations to inform senior management decision-making by collecting and analyzing data promptly.Identify stakeholder requirements and collaborate across divisions to achieve common goals.Assist in creating, maintaining, and coordinating team effectiveness and disciplines through stakeholder collaboration to enhance actions and execution.Respond promptly and professionally to various ad hoc business requests impacting the division and organization.Report and present key findings effectively to enable decision-making in accordance with regulations and legislation.Identify training opportunities and career development paths through input and feedback from management.Complete all personal development plan activities within the specified timeframe.Share knowledge and industry trends with the team and stakeholders during formal and informal interactions.Obtain buy-in for developing new or improved processes that enhance stakeholder business functions by highlighting benefits and supporting implementation.QualificationsEssential Qualifications - NQF Level:Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior CertificateAdvanced Diplomas / National 1st DegreesAbout the CompanyAt Nedbank, we see ourselves as money experts who do good.
