Minimum Requirements:Trade Tested Millwright5+years' experience in a factory maintenance environmentExperience in Computerized Maintenance Management SystemsMain Responsibilities:Ensuring Preventative Maintenance is carried out according to schedules for both mechanical and electricalFrequently check stock levels for all spares/materials and order in timeAssisting the Maintenance Manager in periodic trend analysis of breakdowns and expenditure with recommendations for continual improvementInvolvement in daily emergencies and urgent work requestsCompletion of basic preventative maintenanceEnsuring 5S System and safe working standards are adhered too at all timesKeeping the Maintenance Manager informed of abnormal or critical situations and seeking advice on matters outside the Planner's knowledge or authorityEnsuring maintenance procedures and documentation complies with relevant Quality Assurance standards and Safety StandardsElectrical installations and PLC'sMechanical installationsGeneral buildings and all utilitiesComply with OHS Act Regulations and other LegislationInvolve with all new projects etc.Accurately carry out maintenance schedules for production machinery and services (Electrical and Mechanical)Carry out lubrication schedulesAll work must be performed safely according to all safety regulationsSpeedily rectify breakdowns and after hours call outsWeekly shift and stand by duty to be performed as per rosterAdhere to Company HSEE policyPerform shift and standby call out dutiesWorking overtime when required as agreed by Plant EngineerKey Skills and Competencies:Computer literacyAbility to learn fast and be independentExcellent leadership and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
