Responsibilities:Oversee the production process from raw milk to finished product, ensuring quality is maintained.Manage and maintain systems effectively.Conduct staff training and manage package levels.Manage stock levels and control during the production phase.Handle staff management, including disciplinary processes and leave planning.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position/role.Strong communication skills – verbal and written.Proven ability to manage and maintain systems.Previous HR and labour experience is highly advantageous.Attention to detail is essential.Strong leadership skills.ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted.
