We are looking for a dynamic, creative and innovative Mid-Weight Graphic Designer and PPC Campaign Co-ordinator to join our team.
Position Summary
To help us maintain our rapid growth, we're looking for a passionate, exceptionally talented mid-weight Graphic Designer and mid-level performance marketing campaign manager. The applicant will assist and support the marketing team to build the brand and will be responsible for assisting in the production & execution of strategic marketing plans for the brand. The role will be predominantly based around managing Google campaigns and Graphic design but will also involve the reporting of insights from these campaigns and new market research.
The co-ordinator is responsible for creating and delivering all creative content to support the Marketing team and the broader company communications. Supporting the team with new and creative ideas, executing clear graphic communications that deliver on the marketing and brand strategies.
Critical Skillsin Design
· Graphic design skills with detailed portfolio (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
· Familiar with Canva
· Understanding of printing elements and colour uses (RGB, CMYK, Pantone)
The candidate must have proven skills in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro software and in graphics programmes like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Critical Skillsin PPC
· Responsible for setting up, testing, developing & improving PPC campaigns
· Google Ads certification
· including Google Ads 1-2 years management of campaigns with a proven track record
· 2+ years' experience with Google Keywords
· 1+ years Google Analytics hands-on experience
· WordPress skills
· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify or WooCommerce
· Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the websites
· Manage small to large budgets effectively

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· General daily marketing duties to support senior management
· Working closely with and support the Marketing team in the customization of the global marketing strategy for each market.
· Responsible for designing and creating all collateral for print and digital
· Responsible for the creation, monitoring and management and reporting of google ad campaigns
· Update existing graphic content
· Assist with market research activities in the general marketplace.
Essential:
· Graphic design certificate/diploma
· Google Ads certification
· Skilled in the following programmes: Adobe Creative Cloud, Mail Chimp
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Exceptional creativity and innovation
Advantageous:
· Degree in Graphic Design
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role within an overlanding environment
· WordPress, Asana, Meltwater and Canva experience advantageous.
