Our Employment Equity goals will be considered in our selection process.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with development teams, Product Owner/Manager, and stakeholders to conceive and execute product initiatives.Propose and justify solutions to teams.Lead assigned stories and drive stakeholder consensus.Assist in creating and executing plans for all products.Work with business stakeholders to define priorities, build consensus, and coordinate product roadmaps and schedules across multidisciplinary teams.Develop business cases for strategic technical projects.Facilitate communication throughout the product development process across various teams.Assist with UX redesigns and continuous improvements based on CI.Contribute to technical and design documentation.Discuss technical solutions with developers and suggest innovative ideas.Stay informed about industry issues and trends, especially regarding accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and incorporate these insights into future projects.Continuously develop skills by learning new technologies and staying updated on market developments.Requirements4+ years of experience with web UX, e-commerce, or similar fields.Experience in Systems/Business Analysis.Ability to query data sources.Experience working with consumer-facing organizations.Some knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS programming.Familiarity with various database technologies.Good understanding of Web Accessibility and UX principles.
