We're looking for a versatile, cross‐functional Mid‐Level Software Developer to join our growing team.ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3–6 years of relevant software development experienceTechnical SkillsProficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar languagesExperience with at least one backend framework (e.g., FastAPI)Database management experienceFamiliarity with Vue or UX design is a plusDevOps & Engineering practicesExperience with Test‐Driven Development (TDD)Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS preferred)Strong developer workflows and best practicesWhat You'll DoBuild across our tech stackDevelop cloud services in AWS using Terraform and PythonBuild custom front ends using modern JavaScript frameworks and native AndroidMaintain and enhance app builds in Zoho Creator (Deluge)Work across our full ecosystem and grow into a highly adaptable engineerOwn Commercial OutcomesTake ownership of business outcomes and ensure your work delivers real value to both the company and our customers.Empathize with End UsersOur users are often in‐country customers with very different technology experiences.
