We are expanding our R&D team and are looking for a passionate and skilled Electronic R&D Engineer to help drive the development of new technologies and products that will shape the future.
The Electronic R&D Engineer will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing new electronic products and systems.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and bring new technologies to market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, hands-on prototyping skills, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of modern technology.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and testing of new electronic products and components, from concept through to prototype and production.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for product integration and innovation.
Develop detailed electronic circuit designs, PCB layouts, and firmware for embedded systems.
Perform simulations, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
Work closely with Mechanical Engineers, Software Developers, and other teams to integrate electronics into complete systems.
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, design reports, and user manuals.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source components and ensure design for manufacturability.
Assist with the validation and certification of products to meet industry standards.
Continuously improve existing products by addressing design flaws, enhancing performance, and exploring new technologies.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, standards, and innovations in electronic engineering.
Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
A Masters Degree is a plus.
Proven experience in electronic product development, including circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems.
Strong proficiency in electronic design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCad) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).
Experience with microcontroller programming (e.g., ARM, PIC, AVR, or similar).
Familiarity with power electronics, signal processing, analog and digital circuit design, and wireless communication technologies.
Hands-on experience in soldering, prototyping, and testing electronic components.
Knowledge of product certification standards (e.g., CE, UL, RoHS) and regulatory compliance.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and optimization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
