With ambitious growth plans across Europe, the business will aim to execute 3-5 acquisitions annually.
We are seeking an M&A Director to lead their strategic expansion efforts.This is an opportunity to drive M&A in an acquisitive, high-growth business.
As M&A Director, you will play a crucial role in both origination and execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead M&A transactions from origination through execution.Meet with new clients to identify and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities.Drive deal execution, including drafting IC memos and overseeing due diligence (outsourced).Report to CEO and work closely with private equity backers to align M&A strategy with growth objectives.Collaborate with the PMI Manager to ensure smooth integration of acquired businesses.Manage acquisitions in the €1-5m EBITDA range across Europe.Key Requirements:5-10 years of experience in M&A.Proven track record in a PE-backed buy and build.No specific sector experience required.Strong background in deal origination and execution.Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Travel to HQ in Netherlands.Seniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage
