Purpose of the job: Responsible for selling memberships and marketing products, facilities, and services, while meeting specific monthly new member sales targets.
Support overall member satisfaction and retention.
Key Performance Areas include: Building strong relationships through Business to Business and Business to Client interactionsOrganizing outreach events and promotionsIdentifying prospects and scheduling appointmentsPresenting our services and offerings effectivelyAchieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsHandling basic sales-related administrative tasksProviding excellent member serviceEnhancing member retentionExperience and Competencies: Grade 12 or equivalent qualificationAt least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in Health & Fitness or Hospitality industries)Excellent communication skillsWillingness to work retail hoursReliable transportation and personal cellphone requiredProficiency in computer skillsCVs can be sent directly to ****** Note: If you do not hear from Planet Fitness within 14 days, your application has been unsuccessful.
