The focus of this position is to provide professional customer service by assisting the medical health professionals with administrative support.CRITICAL OUTPUTSCoordinate and schedule doctors training and meetings with pharmaceutical companies.Schedule standard and referral appointments for patients according to established procedures.Direct all customers to the appropriate location, services, and appropriate professional.Ensure that the reception area is always neat and tidy.Refer all emergency cases to the nurse station without delay.Coordinate and manage patient flow in the medical waiting area.Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.REQUIREMENTSMinimum requirement: Grade 12Previous experience in a medical practice environment is essential.Computer proficiency (MS Office)Working knowledge of GoodX system will be advantageous.If your personal purpose is aligned with our purpose and your values fit in with our value system, please apply.
