Medical Aid Advisor

Position Overview:The Medical Aid Advisor will provide expert guidance to clients, helping them select the best medical aid options tailored to their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of medical aid products, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Assess clients' medical aid needs and recommend suitable solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical aid products and industry regulations.Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support.Collaborate with the financial planning and investment team to align client solutions.Requirements:Proven experience in medical aid advising or a related field.Previous experience as a Medical Aid Advisor or Assistant to an advisor.Knowledge of medical aid schemes, policies, and regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary: R20 000 per monthLocation: Potchefstroom
