Mechanical Technician

Job Description: Ensure routine maintenance is completed as per manufacturers requirements, lessons learnt( SPL)and work instructionsImplement corrective action to ensure problems are not repeated root cause analysisLiaise with Maintenance & Production daily to ensure the effective care of the Plant assetsGenerate monthly reports on performance levels, opportunities and challenges.Monitor and manage waste to ensure little or no variance existsDevelop systems to ensure CI and the monitoring and reporting thereof.Production SupportSHE - ISO14001 , IATF16949 and ISO 45001- Ensure safe practices are in place and understood / practiced by all5S standards & housekeeping rulesEnsure MDW processes is workingJob Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 / equivalentNational Diploma in Mechanical Engineering1+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering SupportStrong Mechanical, analytical and problem solving skills.Working knowledge of AutoCAD/CATIA
