Co-ordinating the various disciplinary teams to ensure client deadlines Prepare and manage project schedule and cost controls Client liaison Co-ordination and management of both internal and client project meetings Checking and managing drawings and draughtsman Preparing bills of quantities Issuing and evaluating tenders Assist in the preparation of contracts for both clients and suppliers Manage and ensure contractors meet clients requirements during construction Supervising and checking of commissioning Checking supplier invoices for payment Ensuring compliance with the OHS Act and regulations on site Mentoring and coaching engineer Skills & Experience: Preferably 8 - 10 years work experience Contract experience in FIDIC, NEC and CIDB Knowledge and application of OHSA Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Postgraduate qualification in Project Management adv Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
